For over 56 years, Mr. Russell Clifford Neal Sr.’s involvement in the real estate industry expressed his passion for working with and being of service to people. For 50 years, his presence was felt throughout the community as he sold real estate and managed rental properties. He worked with various real estate agencies; his integrity built businesses everywhere he worked. In 2005, Mr. Neal founded his own brokerage, Russ Neal Real Estate and Management, Inc.
